Uma implementação TrakSYS que se tornou uma empresa.
Em 2015, uma pequena equipa iniciou uma implementação TrakSYS na Corticeira Amorim — o maior produtor mundial de cortiça. O trabalho destinava-se a digitalizar uma fábrica. Aconteceu. Depois digitalizou a próxima, e a seguinte, num único template partilhado.
Onze anos e mais de 25 fábricas depois, esse projeto ainda está a correr — e a equipa cresceu e tornou-se na Kaizen Tech: uma empresa criada especificamente para transferir o know-how conquistado na Amorim para outros ambientes industriais complexos.

We design, implement and then keep improving the systems your plants run on: MES/MOM execution, plant data flows, and the decisions people make off that data. We pick the best platform and support operations after implementation.
How we choose between TrakSYS and AquiWeb.
TrakSYS by Parsec suits large, complex, multi-site groups; Parsec has been building it since 1987. AquiWeb by Astrée Software suits the European mid-market; it's been shipping since 2011 and runs at 400+ sites in 18 countries. We implement both, so the recommendation comes from fit.
Around the MES we're pragmatic. SCADA, ERP, LIMS, WMS, CMMS, historians: we integrate whatever you already run, over OPC UA, MQTT and the ERP's own interfaces. We've delivered SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle integrations.
