Incentea Group.
Incentea is a Portuguese technology group working in information and communication technologies, business consulting and product engineering — under the banner "Technology for People". Since 2026 it has been a Kaizen Tech shareholder, alongside our founding shareholders.
Group figures as publicly reported by Incentea and Portuguese business press. They describe Incentea, not Kaizen Tech.
Business systems, end to end.
Incentea grew through the merger and integration of several Portuguese and Spanish technology firms. Its practice areas span the enterprise IT landscape — the systems that sit above and around a manufacturing execution system.
Integrated management & ERP
ERP, CRM and business analytics — including a Cegid PRIMAVERA Premium partnership, SAP Business Partner status, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage.
Business consulting
Process and management consulting alongside the systems work, rather than software delivery in isolation.
Application development
Product engineering and custom development where a standard product does not fit the requirement.
Systems & security
Infrastructure, systems administration and cybersecurity — increasingly the gating item on industrial IT projects.
Networks & communications
Networking and telecommunications, including the plant-side connectivity an OT/IT programme depends on.
Cloud & infrastructure
Hosting and cloud services for the environments enterprise applications run in.
They own Level 4. We own Level 3.
In ISA-95 terms the split is unusually clean. Incentea's centre of gravity is the business layer; ours is manufacturing operations. The interesting work happens exactly where the two meet — and that boundary is now inside one group instead of across two suppliers.
INCENTEA BRINGS
ERP as a core competence — orders, BOMs, materials, costing and finance, with deep Cegid PRIMAVERA, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics practice.
WE BRING
The MES side of that interface: production orders in, confirmations and lot genealogy out, built bidirectionally against a real master-data model.
INCENTEA BRINGS
Infrastructure, networks, cloud and cybersecurity practices — the unglamorous work that multi-site rollouts always drag behind them.
WE BRING
Shop-floor connectivity and OT/IT integration — PLCs, OPC UA and MQTT, and the segmentation questions that come with joining those worlds.
INCENTEA BRINGS
Reach across Iberia, Brazil and Portuguese-speaking Africa, with an installed base of manufacturers who already run their back office on the group's systems.
WE BRING
The industrial operations capability of that group — sector depth, MES/MOM architecture and multi-site delivery discipline.
Incentea does not bring manufacturing-operations methodology. That is our job inside the group, not something handed to us. What the relationship gives a client is one accountable route through the ERP-to-shopfloor boundary, instead of two suppliers negotiating an interface contract with each other.
