Incentea Group.
Incentea is a Portuguese technology group working in ICT, business consulting and product engineering, with around 380 professionals and €22M+ turnover in 2024. It's been the majority shareholder in Kaizen Tech since 2026, alongside our founding shareholders Kaizen Institute and Corticeira Amorim. What it brought us is an ERP and infrastructure practice we used to have to subcontract.

Business systems, end to end.
Incentea grew through the merger of several Portuguese and Spanish technology firms. Its practice areas cover the systems that sit above and around an MES: ERP, analytics, infrastructure, networks and security.
Integrated management & ERP
ERP, CRM and business analytics — including a Cegid PRIMAVERA Premium partnership, SAP Business Partner status, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage.
Business consulting
Process and management consulting alongside the systems work, rather than software delivery in isolation.
Application development
Product engineering and custom development where a standard product does not fit the requirement.
Systems & security
Infrastructure, systems administration and cybersecurity. On our programmes the security review is the item most likely to move a go-live date.
Networks & communications
Networking and telecommunications, including the plant-side connectivity an OT/IT programme depends on.
Cloud & infrastructure
Hosting and cloud services for the environments enterprise applications run in.
Who owns the ERP interface when it breaks at 3am?
In ISA-95 terms the split is clean: Incentea works at Level 4, we work at Level 3. What changes for you is commercial rather than technical. An MES-to-ERP interface is normally a contract negotiated between two suppliers who each priced half of it. Here it's one escalation path inside one group, and one person you call when a confirmation doesn't post.
INCENTEA
ERP as a core competence: orders, BOMs, materials, costing and finance, on Cegid PRIMAVERA, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage.
KAIZEN TECH
Our half of the interface: production orders in, confirmations and lot genealogy out, against a master-data model we agree in writing before anyone codes.
INCENTEA
Infrastructure, networks, cloud and cybersecurity. On a multi-site rollout this is the work that decides the go-live date.
KAIZEN TECH
Shop-floor connectivity and OT/IT integration: PLCs, OPC UA, MQTT with Sparkplug B, and the network segmentation questions that come with them.
INCENTEA
Reach across Iberia, Brazil and Portuguese-speaking Africa, with an installed base of manufacturers who already run their back office on the group's systems.
KAIZEN TECH
The industrial operations capability of that group: 42 sites delivered across the EU, the US and Africa, on TrakSYS and AquiWeb.
Incentea doesn't bring manufacturing-operations methodology. That's our job inside the group. What the relationship gives you is one accountable route through the ERP-to-shopfloor boundary, instead of two suppliers negotiating an interface contract while your first site waits.
