Production-assembly MES with parameter historian.
Six assembly lines, 380 operators, and roughly 14,000 data points an hour flowing into the MES. Every bus carries its own genealogy record, and operator tasks reach the station instead of being printed.
Recipe execution across 12 filling lines.
Four product families modelled as templates at group level rather than per site, so a recipe change reaches every filling line at once. Quality checks and holds run inside execution, and planning hands orders to the lines without a re-key.
Multi-machine packaging with scrap attribution.
Scrap gets attributed to the machine and the format that produced it, at the moment it happens. Quality control points sit inside the execution flow, so a failed check holds the batch instead of generating a report.
