WHAT WE DO

Five service lines.
One operational backbone.

We work the full ISA-95 stack — from PLC connectivity to plant-level MES/MOM execution and ERP integration. Our shop floor digitalization programs cover OT/IT integration, traceability, OEE improvement, and paperless manufacturing. Every engagement produces tangible artifacts: master-data designs, KPI catalogues, OPC UA mappings, commissioning plans, hypercare runbooks.

01
STRATEGY

MES/MOM Strategy & Roadmap

Where most digital programs go wrong: scoping the wrong site first, sizing the value case wrong, ignoring readiness. We start with the diagnostic.

Current-state diagnostic

Operational maturity assessment across plants, lines, and processes. Honest read on what's ready and what isn't.

Lighthouse-factory selection

Site picked for representativeness, complexity, readiness, and replication potential — not convenience.

Wave planning

How to get from one site live to N sites live without losing template integrity.

Value-case framing

What this program is worth, articulated in operational terms an Operations Director will defend.

02
DESIGN

Solution Design & Requirements Engineering

Master data is the bottleneck. Get the requirements wrong and integration costs compound for years.

Functional & integration requirements

Documented to the level needed for build — not for a deck.

Master-data design

Equipment, materials, BOMs, recipes, lot logic — modeled to survive multi-site rollout.

KPI definition

OEE, loss tree, throughput, quality — defined precisely enough to be auditable.

Template strategy

Global core vs. local config. Where to flex, where to hold the line.

03
CORE PRACTICE

Platform Implementation & Industrial Integration

The work that earns the trust of plant teams. TrakSYS MES/MOM implementation, PLC connectivity via OPC UA and MQTT, ERP integration, SCADA integration, LIMS/WMS/CMMS integration — system interoperability across the full ISA-95 stack. Commissioning, validation, and hypercare included.

TrakSYS implementation

From template to live site. Configured, tested, commissioned.

Machine connectivity

OPC UA, MQTT, legacy protocols. PLCs and historians integrated to L3.

Enterprise integration

ERP, SCADA, LIMS, WMS, CMMS — bidirectional, with master-data alignment.

Commissioning & hypercare

We stay until the site runs without us. Not before.

04
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Operational Excellence Enablement

A platform without operating routines is shelfware. We embed the workflows that make MES indispensable to the line.

OEE & loss intelligence

Loss tree from machine to plant, attributed at the source — not back-filled in spreadsheets.

Digital quality workflows

CCP, holds, releases, deviations — tied to production execution.

Traceability & genealogy

Lot, batch, serial. Forward and backward, in seconds.

Plan-execution synchronization

Schedule meets reality without manual reconciliation.

05
AI & TRANSFORMATION

Enterprise Digital Transformation & AI Strategy

Enterprise-scale transformation is a multi-year journey. We work at the intersection of operations, technology, and organizational change — defining the target state, building the business case, and architecting the transformation roadmap.

Digital maturity diagnostic

Where the operational data backbone supports advanced analytics — and where it doesn't yet.

Future-state operating model

What roles, routines, and tools change when AI is embedded in operations.

AI-powered operations

Decision support, root-cause analysis, contextualized insight extraction. See the AI manifesto.

Predictive maintenance

Where data quality, connectivity, and asset criticality justify the investment.

FAQ · COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked
questions.

What MES platform do you implement?

We are specialists in TrakSYS by Parsec, and hold Parsec Strategic Partner status — their highest implementation recognition. TrakSYS is our core MES/MOM platform for all engagements. On everything around it — SCADA, ERP, LIMS, WMS, CMMS, historians — we are vendor-agnostic and integrate with whatever your existing landscape requires.

What is the difference between MES and MOM?

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is the classic term for the system that manages shopfloor execution in real time. MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) is the broader ISA-95 term that covers execution, quality, maintenance, and inventory management at Level 3. In practice, modern platforms like TrakSYS deliver both — we use the terms interchangeably when scoping engagements.

Do you integrate MES with SAP and other ERP systems?

Yes. ERP integration is a core part of every engagement — production orders in, confirmations and lot genealogy out. We have delivered SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle integrations. The integration contract is defined during the Design phase and built bidirectionally against the master-data model.

Do you support multi-site MES rollouts?

Multi-site rollout is our core capability — it is what gave Kaizen Tech its name. We design a global template at the lighthouse site, then deploy it in structured waves across geographies and business units under formal change control. Our flagship engagement (Corticeira Amorim) runs 25+ sites on a single shared TrakSYS instance.

How long does an MES implementation take?

A lighthouse factory deployment typically runs 10–14 weeks from kick-off to steady-state — Discovery (2–3 weeks), Design (3–4 weeks), Build (4–6 weeks), and Deploy (2–3 weeks). Subsequent wave sites are faster because the template is proven. Actual duration depends on connectivity complexity, master-data state, and integration scope — our Discovery phase tells you which.

Are you vendor-agnostic on systems other than TrakSYS?

Yes. TrakSYS is our core MES/MOM platform, but we are vendor-pragmatic on everything in the wider stack — SCADA, ERP, LIMS, WMS, CMMS, and historians. Our value is the architecture, integration discipline, and adoption methodology, not the platform license.
