A TrakSYS implementation that became a company.
In 2015, a small team began a TrakSYS implementation at Corticeira Amorim — the world's largest cork producer. The work was meant to digitize one site. It did. Then it digitized the next site, and the next, on a single shared template.
Eleven years and 25+ sites later, that engagement is still running — and the team grew into Kaizen Tech: a company built specifically to transfer the know-how earned at Amorim into other complex industrial environments.
